I have the Pavilion 27 a010 touch all in one and I guess it's going back for probably a Lenovo or Dell. I've searched the forums and web but no answer except to do a restore or how to set up the PC, really. I can get the mouse to settle down and work alone by spreading the ghost touch until it dissapears but it comes back in a few minutes. Is there any help or an answer out ther???

I'm not sure if I was clear but the pc is straight from the box. No updates, no additional software, no changes whatsoever. The last person to touch the computer was someone from HP that hopefully quality tested. All I did was plug it in and like magic, a phantom mouse and a flickering optical one.I dont see see how it could be a driver or conflict issue so hardware seems to be the logical choice but no wait, we're talking windows 10 so who knows what hidden gem of a glitch could be hiding within. Anyway, if anyone knows what may be causing this and a fix rather than turning off touch (if I can) please let me know.

This computer is used for business so the frustration level is quite high.thanks in advance.
