Turn off your Phone press and hold., 3, call button. While pressing the 3 Keys turn on the phone until the phone boots. It will ask you of setting country then date and time. Let go of the 3 keys and proceed. this process does not need reset codeThe Hard reset, will delete everything on your phone, make sure you've backed-up your phone - and removed the SIM and MSD card - prior to hard reset. This will also make your reset code back yo it's default setting 12345.Hope this helped you.
